Courtney Mimbs is a dedicated Fire Inspector with the Matlacha Pine Island Fire Control District, having started in July 2024. Certified as a Fire Inspector 1, Courtney is committed to ensuring the safety of the community through thorough inspections, fire prevention education, and the enforcement of fire safety codes.

Courtney’s passion for fire safety is matched by her drive for career advancement. With plans to achieve her Fire Inspector 2 and Fire Investigator certifications, she is dedicated to furthering her expertise to better serve the Matlacha Pine Island community and make an even greater impact on fire safety.

Outside of her professional work, Courtney is actively involved in her daughter’s travel soccer journey, both as a devoted supporter and as the team manager. She enjoys the opportunities to travel, cheer on the team, and keep everything organized behind the scenes. Courtney values family time and always seeks opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
